Quality Maintenance Service has been providing quality service at various shopping centers with parking lot sweeping and Landscape maintenance. We work closely with a number of property managers in the Coachella Valley, to maintain commercial properties from Palm Springs to Coachella.

Who We Are

Quality Maintenance Service has been in business since 1985, Gilberto Rodriguez is the founder, owner, and operator. Mr. Rodriguez originally started out doing Commercial Cleaning at various offices and banks. The demand from his customers to provide more services led to his expansion into parking lot sweeping, power wash sidewalks, Day Porter services and Gardening.

By 2004 the business had grown so much that Mr. Rodriguez decided to form three separate companies in order to best serve his clients. Therefore in addition to the parent company of Quality Maintenance Service, Quality Gardening Service, and Quality Janitorial Service were formed.
